Gluten-Free Desserts To Impress Your Familly & kids.


6 cups peeled and grated apples (about six large)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Three tablespoons cornstarch
One teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup gluten-free rolled oats (not instant)
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
Three tablespoons unsalted butter or coconut oil
One teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more if desired
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine the apples and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Add the cornstarch and one teaspoon cinnamon. Gently stir until well combined. Pour into an 8×8 baking dish set inside a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil for easier cleanup. Bake until the fruit is soft but not mushy, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and place on wire rack cool completely.


To make the topping, combine oats, brown sugar, butter or coconut oil, one teaspoon cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined. Sprinkle over cooled fruit pie. Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 15 minutes. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
