Lunch – Mediterranean Rice Cakes with Avocado

Dinner- Tuna and Prawns
Tuna and prawns with Noodles. You can make this menu tasty with a little cooking know-how and use some of your favorite ingredients. Day 5’s dinner recipe contains prawns and tuna canned in water.

Vegetables that may be fried include:
- onions,
- mushrooms,
- peppers,
- courgette
- olive oil
- Add a few prawns to the mixture after it’s fried.
- Add canned tuna after a few minutes of cooking.
