Boil & Cool A Peach
Love the taste of peach, but not a fan of the fuzzy skin around it? No problem! Drop the peach into boiling water for 20 seconds.
Then take it out and immediately place it into a bowl of ice, submerging it entirely.
Let it sit for a minute then take it out and with your thumbs placed on two sides, slide the skin apart. It will come off like throwing open curtains on a window.
