Spooning Off An Orange Peel
Oranges are nutrient bombs that are encapsulated in a formidable layering of skin. Peeling can take several
minutes as the skin tends to break off in small pieces and extend your peeling time significantly.
However, if you were to angle a spoon to enter just underneath the skin (with a bit of pressure), once it is about halfway under the surface, begin to move the spoon laterally around the circumference of the fruit.
Before you know it, you will have made a full circle and the top half of the skin comes off as easy as opening a lid. Now flip the orange and repeat the same thing for the bottom half.
