Herbs Off The Stem
Instead of tearing herbs off their stem one at a time or sliding your hand down the stem (which typically just results in broken off pieces and crumbled, often unusable castoff. Simply use a plastic colander and slide the stem into the perforations at the bottom, gently pulling them out on the other side.
