Microwave Corn Husking
Corn husking is an arduous and messy process, but it doesn’t need to be. Place the ear of corn you wish to peel on a flat surface and chop off the thicker end’s last 2 inches (approximately).
Then place the remaining corn into the microwave and heat for 2 minutes. Extract the corn and stand it vertically.
Gently pinching the top portion of the corn, pull up the outside skin, as it slides right off leaving a near-pristine golden inside ready to consume.
