The Cheesecake Ingredients

For the Crust:

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted

For the Filling:

• 4 (8-ounce) packages of full-fat cream cheese
• 1 cups sugar
• 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 6 large eggs
• cup sour cream

PRO TIP: Take out your ingredients in advance! Make sure all of your ingredients are at room temperature prior to baking your cheesecake.

This will only greaten the overall texture and taste of your cake! It also makes it much easier to ensure your ingredients are being properly mixed prior to baking.
