4-Quick Serving Bowl Filler
After cutting a watermelon in half on a cutting board, skin one half completely with a thing skinning blade, cutting off the yellow under-skin too. While flat side down, split the remaining red internal portion into about 6 nearly even slices.
Next, cut these slices perpendicularly to split them into smaller, bite-sized fragments. Retain their shape and notice that it looks like an upside-down bowl.
Take an actual bowl and flip it upside down, placing it over the watermelon. Holding onto the cutting board, flip the entire thing over to sit the bowl right side up. Stick a skewer in each piece and put it out for serving to your guests.
